Victor Sargazy joined Kegel, Tobin & Truce in September, 2005. Victor mainly represents insured employers and their carriers in the defense of matters before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board.
Experience: Mr. Sargazy began his legal career as a law clerk for the Law Offices of Cleidin Z. Atanous where his duties included legal research, drafting motions and evaluating personal injury claims for insurance companies.
Education: Mr. Sargazy earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Fullerton in 1991. He earned his law degree from Whittier Law School in 2003.
