Raheleh Shokrollahi began her career with Kegel, Tobin & Truce in 2011. She represents insured employers and their carriers in the defense of matters before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board.
Experience: Ms. Shokrollahi began her legal career at Orange County Coastkeeper, where she worked on Environmental Law policies and issues. Subsequently, she was employed as a law clerk with the Law Office of Steven L. Stern, where she gained valuable experience in the field of civil litigation.
Prior to Kegel, Tobin & Truce, Ms. Shokrollahi represented lien claimants before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board as in-house counsel for a lien collections company. Ms. Shokrollahi has also handled workers' compensation legal matters and negotiated settlements as manager of a medical office.
Education: Ms. Shokrollahi earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the California State University, Northridge in 2004. She received her law degree from Whittier Law School in 2010.
