Ms. Noel A. White began working with Kegel, Tobin & Truce in 2010. She represents insured employers and their carriers in the defense of matters before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board.
Experience: Ms. White began her legal career as a law clerk at the Alameda County Public Defender’s Office. She also interned at the Marin County Public Defender’s Office. After admission to the State Bar in 2008, Ms. White joined the misdemeanor trial team at the Alameda County Public Defender’s Office, serving as an Assistant Deputy Public Defender. Due to county budget cuts, Ms. White ceased practicing criminal defense for the Public Defender’s Office and went on to work for Valencia, Wilberding & Tompkins, a Workers’ Compensation defense firm in Northern California.
Subsequently, Ms. White was employed as an associate attorney at Hayford & Felchlin, LLP, where she represented employers, insurance companies and third-party administrators throughout California in all aspects of Workers' Compensation defense.
Education: Ms. White earned her Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of California at Berkeley in 2005. She received her law degree from the University of San Francisco, School of Law in 2008.
