NANCY J. HANKINSON

ASSOCIATE

Nancy J. Hankinson joined Kegel, Tobin & Truce in 1979, becoming a partner in 1983.   Ms. Hankinson represents clients as varied as self-insured employers, national insurance companies and public entities.  She also handles Labor Code Section 132a and Serious & Willful Misconduct claims.

Experience: Upon passing the California Bar, Nancy worked as house counsel for CNA Insurance Company, representing them for workers compensation defense.

Education: Nancy earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from California State University, Los Angeles in 1971 and went on to earn her law degree from Southwestern University School of Law in 1978.
