Mark N. Thomas began working for Kegel, Tobin & Truce in 2007. He primarily handles workers compensation defense matters before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board on behalf of clients such as self-insured employers and insurance carriers.
Experience: Mr. Thomas began his legal career as a law clerk for both the Department of the Navy and the NLRB. He began his career in California Workers’ Compensation as a paralegal for the Law Offices of Lyle L. Blane. After admission to the State Bar in 2005, Mark became an Associate Attorney for the Law Offices of Hanna, Brophy, MacLean, McAleer & Jensen LLP.
Education: Mark earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business from the California State University, Fullerton in 1988 with honors. He received his law degree from Loyola Law School in 2001.
