Michelle R. Friedman joined Kegel, Tobin & Truce in 2005. Ms. Friedman principally represents self-insured employers and insurance companies as well as employers seeking representation on Labor Code Section 132a and Serious & Willful Misconduct matters.
Experience: Ms. Friedman gained valuable experience practicing in the workers’ compensation arena in Southern California prior to joining Kegel, Tobin & Truce with such well-known firms as Rose, Klein & Marias and Stockwell, Harris, Widom & Woolverton.
As a contract lawyer, Michelle handled various aspects of business litigation from 2001 through 2002 for Spectrum Marketing and Distribution.
Previous to law school, Ms. Friedman worked as a licensed residential realtor selling properties in the San Fernando Valley area of California.
Education: After earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from San Diego State University in 1994, Michelle went on to earn her law degree from Southwestern University School of Law in 2000.
