KAREN L. KAISER

ASSOCIATE

Karen L. Kaiser began her career with Kegel, Tobin & Truce in 2008.  Karen represents insurance companies and employers in all aspects of Workers Compensation litigation including Indemnity, 132(a) Discrimination, and Serious and Willful Misconduct cases.

Experience: Ms. Kaiser began her career as a volunteer attorney for the California Department of Justice in the Medical Fraud and Elder Abuse Division.  She has practiced as a Workers Compensation defense attorney with Serembe, Bakke & Seaman and Adelson, Testan & Brundo, where she handled files from opening through all stages of investigation and litigation to resolution of liens. 

Education: Karen earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Fordham University in 1996.  She received her law degree from California Western School of Law in 2001.
