ASSOCIATE
Jody L. Eaton joined Kegel, Tobin & Truce in June, 2003. Ms. Eaton represents insurance carriers and self-insured employers with a particular emphasis representing school districts. She also handles Labor Code Section 132a and Serious & Willful Misconduct claims.
Experience: Ms. Eaton formerly worked for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department from1982 to 1993, where she held positions as a Deputy Sheriff and Detective.
After admission to the California State Bar, Jody worked for two years in the area of Police Litigation handling administrative, civil, criminal and family law cases, before joining Kegel, Tobin & Truce in 2003.
Education: Jody earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Science from Oregon College of Education in 1980. She received her law degree from Western State University in 2000.
