ASSOCIATE

Julia Chenzu Tsai began working for Kegel, Tobin & Truce in 2009.  She defends insured employers and their carriers in the defense of matters before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board.

Experience: Prior to Kegel, Tobin, & Truce, Ms. Tsai clerked at the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office in its misdemeanor unit, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office in one of its felony units, and the United States Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of California (Sacramento) in its Criminal Division.

Education: Ms. Tsai earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Wellesley College in 2004.  She received her law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2007.
