Hoang T. Nguyen joined Kegel, Tobin & Truce in 2007. He typically represents insured employers and their carriers as well as insolvent carriers in the defense of matters before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board.   

Experience: Mr. Nguyen formerly represented injured workers in the prosecution of claims before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board.  At that time, Mr. Nguyen also practiced in the civil arena, with emphasis on personal injury matters, handling discovery requests, drafting briefs, reviewing and evaluating medical records and negotiating settlements.

Education: Hoang earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice Administration from San Diego State University in 1999. He received his law degree from California Western School of Law in 2005.
