Gregory Marsey rejoined Kegel, Tobin & Truce in 2010 after a brief hiatus during which he pursued his educational interests. He handles workers’ compensation defense matters, including Labor Code Section 132a and Serious & Willful Misconduct allegations, on behalf of self-insured employers, public entities and insurance companies, both regional and national.
Experience: Greg has almost 28 years of experience representing clients before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board. He is a former partner in the firm of Wolf, Lackey & Marsey.
Education: Greg earned his Bachelor of Arts in Government from the University of LaVerne in 1978. Greg received his law degree from University of LaVerne, College of Law in 1981. He was elected to Law Review in 1979 and served as Law Review Circulations Editor from 1980 to 1981.
