ASSOCIATE

Ghazal Eshaghian began working for Kegel, Tobin & Truce in 2006.  Ms. Eshaghian typically represents insured employers and their carriers as well as insolvent carriers in the defense of matters before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board.

Experience: After graduating from law school, Ms. Eshaghian worked as a Civil Litigation Associate, representing plaintiffs in cases involving medical malpractice, product liability, premise liability, workplace discrimination and employment law. 

Ghazal began her career as an attorney in the California workers’ compensation system in 2005 with the Law Offices of Ramin R. Younessi, where she represented injured workers before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board.

Education: Ghazal earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2001.  She received her law degree from University of Southern California Law School in 2004.
