Fiona Woon began her career with Kegel, Tobin & Truce in June, 2003.  She represents several large insurance companies and self-insured employers in the defense of workers’ compensation matters.  Ms. Woon also handles Labor Code Section 132a and Serious & Willful Misconduct claims on behalf of employer clients.

Experience: While attending law school, Ms. Woon worked as an extern for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office where she conducted preliminary hearings on felony drug cases.  While working as an extern in the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office, Ms. Woon gained experience drafting discovery motions and performing legal research. 

Education: Fiona earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communications in 1999 from the University of Southern California.  She earned her law degree from Southwestern University in 2002.
