ASSOCIATE

Diana Tsudik began working for Kegel, Tobin and Truce in 2010.  She represents insured employers and their carriers in the defense of matters before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board.

Experience: Ms. Tsudik began her legal career as a law clerk with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office and the Los Angeles Public Defender’s Office, as well as Bet Tzedek Legal Services.  

Ms. Tsudik went on to practice business litigation for Parker Shumaker Mills LLP and Masuda Funai. As a business litigator, Ms. Tsudik worked on complex matters involving fraud, unfair business practices, anti-trust states, intellectual property, real estate, employment, contracts and professional malpractice. She also provided advice and counsel to emerging businesses.

Education: Ms. Tsudik earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California Statutes University, Northridge in 1997. She earned her law degree from University of La Verne School of Law in 2002.
