Debbie Kaye joined Kegel, Tobin & Truce in 1990 having prior experience practicing workers’ compensation defense in Southern California.  Debbie principally represents self-insured employers and insurance companies as well as employers seeking representation on Labor Code Section 132a and Serious & Willful Misconduct matters.

Experience: Ms. Kaye spent three years in general practice with an emphasis on personal injury, probate and real estate before venturing into the workers’ compensation arena.  She practiced workers’ compensation defense for three years before joining Kegel, Tobin & Truce in 1990.

Education: Debbie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from Vassar college in 1979.  She received her law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1985.
